Sales Policy

Once you've reserved a bunny, please note that you cannot change your reservation to a different bunny. If you decide not to proceed with the reservation, there will be no refunds unless the adopted rabbit is injured, sick, or passes away while in our care.

If you plan on breeding your bunny in the future, please contact me before making a reservation. If we discover that you intend to breed a Love Lops rabbit without prior communication, we will cancel your reservation without a refund of your downpayment. Ensuring our bunnies go to good homes is a top priority, and knowing the bunny's future environment is crucial.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time for reasons that concern us, and in such cases, you will be refunded.

Once the bunny is no longer in our care, we are not responsible for any health conditions. Refunds will not be provided for illnesses or deaths that occur outside of our care.

If, for any reason, you cannot keep your bunny, we will happily take them back, but please note that you will not receive a refund.
